About Us

owner/founder

Kelsie Pelster founded KPA Services, LLC to continue her passion for organization within the accounting profession. Starting with a CPA Firm in the early years of her undergraduate Accounting degree at Grand Canyon University, she was able to gain knowledge of the accounting/tax industry along with loyal clientele over the years. Much like her clients, she wanted to start her own business to help others struggling to find an end to the financial maintenance of their businesses.

Services Provided

Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping services are offered monthly, quarterly, and annually. Pricing varies based on business volume, the number of accounts, and other requirements based on clients' needs. We also offer current cleanup and backdated catch-up.

Payroll

Payroll services are offered for small businesses within the state of Arizona. Pricing varies based on the number of employees and deposit frequency. This also includes quarterly payroll report filing.

mobile Notary

Mobile Arizona Notary. Price is dependent on the document/signature on notarial acts. A mileage fee applies for traveling to your location within central Phoenix and East Valley.

1099 Filings

Filing of non-salary income to the IRS for federal tax purposes. If you paid an independent contractor more than $600 in a fiscal year, you'll need to complete a 1099 information filing form.

Annual Filings & Entries

This service includes the filing of annual 1099 and W2 forms. If you already utilize a Certified Public Accountant to file your tax return, we will work with them in providing the year-end adjustments they need.

KPA Services, LLC does not prepare federal and/or state income tax returns.
